Hi Evgeny! I've imported my sources to the maven-scm repo but we had to move it to the sandbox because jgit/egit wasn't stable at the time. This was written just before egit moved to eclipse.org and underwent significant changes. So I fear the code will currently not compile against the latest version.
Also I was forced to introduce a middle layer because of license constraints (egit was LGPL at the time). I'm not sure if jgit-simple got maintained itmt. I didn't have found time to work on jgit again but I've improved the handling of the much more stable git-exe provider. Since egit/jgit now got an official release, it might be time to peek at it again.
