I would look to set and save all the styles you want in one document
then save that as a template.
If you import any text (Via Edit > Paste or Insert > Document) then
highlight that text and clear formatting (from the styles drop down)
before applying a style to it.

If table spacing isn't working for you, and it may not on certain
imported tables, HTML ones in my experience; then there is a cludge

will need to uncheck the "Synchronize" box."

Hi :)
I recommend using the Published Guides instead. From the link i gave and
from the official LibreOffice website they are free to download. You can
buy them from various "app stores" type of places for a minimal charge and
they are available as 'paper back' books from the Lulu bookstore.

Hello All,
I installed version 5.3.0.2 / Win64 this morning but found that in Calc the
Selection Count option in the status bar did not work (nothing displayed).
If anyone has this version installed please check this and reply. If
confirmed, I will add a bug report. I use selection count frequent

Hi Peter,
have a look here:

You don't need anything elese but a form and a subform. The example
includes different forms, some of them working without any macro.

Robert,
That sounds great - I'm sure I should have thought of this all by myself.
But there's an added complication which I didn't mention before. When the user
types in a criterion, this needs to populate a table on the form. He/she then
selects a row which fills in some fields in the form. th
How do I adjust the space between characters and table borders in Writer?
Fox example- within a Writer Table I want little or no space between the
top and sides and bottom of the word "writer".
