I just installed the latest version of LibreOffice (3.3.0) on an XP box and tried opening a password-protected Calc file which was created using the latest OpenOffice version. After entering the correct password, an error message, "Can not load library 'DLBAPRP.DLL. Using defaults. Error: 126" appears. After hitting "OK" several times, the file opens without any other apparent problems.
