I think you should. If you find a conflict between configuration profiles or during normal usage that leads to a crash or data loss, it would be appreciated if you can file a bug on the three versions you run so they can be adjusted to better coexist. Keep in mind your use case is specific enough that there may not be significant effort to getting it fixed, though.
