Hi :) I'm amazed people don't seem to download the Published Guides from http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Publications
Just to poke around and see how they are done. Jean-Francois' answer seems to do something they dothat makes it look more professional. Of course the published guides have grown organically over the years so not all ideas are still good and there has been discussion about improving them on the Docs Team list but it's more important to get the guides out there and the tweaks are kinda under-the-bonnet stuff that most people wouldn't notice. I learned a lot from pulling apart a couple of chapters i had downloaded and once i had made a hideous mess of it i was able to re-download the original again :) Experimenting on my own work seldom gets a good result and i often forget to back-up before starting. Regards from Tom :) >________________________________ > From: Jean-Francois Nifenecker <jean-francois.nifenec...@laposte.net> >To: users@global.libreoffice.org >Sent: Sunday, 7 April 2013, 7:01 >Subject: Re: [libreoffice-users] [SOLVED} Exclude page numbers from TOC > >Le 07/04/2013 06:19, Thomas Blasejewicz a écrit : >> >> I followed Mr. Herr's instructions of removing page numbers and tabs >> from ALL levels of the TOC. >> That finally did the trick.
