Hi :) Sorry this is sooo late!! When stuff goes wrong like that remember that if you haven't saved yet you can always undo or just "not save" to get back to where you were. If necessary you can always "Save As" and add a version number and then recover the appropriate sheet from an older version! Easy to forget all that when something goes this wrong tho!
Also if you have not yet closed the document then you might be able to undo (i've got a feeling it wont undo tab changes). Plus if you have any old version of your file, such as on a usb-stick, emailed to yourself or anyone, on a cd/dvd or Cloud like GDrive or anywhere then you might be able to get most of that old sheet back. You can "Protect" sheets and things sometimes but that might be more troublesome than it's worth Good luck hunting for an old copy of the lost sheet/tab!
