Hum, I'm answering to myself ;-) ! Activating "Experimental functions" in LibreOffice Options adds the two icons in the side panel.
To hide the Draft icon I unchecked "Experimental functions" in advanced settings and using "Advanced settings" button I look (search) for "isexperimental". I then give a false value to the DesignDeck.
