You may make your own version of a CUPS driver. See: CUPS PPD Extensions at http://www.cups.org/doc/spec-ppd.html
It is a challenge, but can be done. Hope this helps. On 4/12/2018 8:23 AM, Paul Neuwirth wrote:
Hello, (5.4.5.1,GNU/Linux,cups) I want to use paper formats, which are not predefined in LibreOffice (8x12 and different custom labels (autocutting device)). I can set the page dimensions manually (e.g. in Writer), but no way to use the corresponding (in ppd defined) paper formats in the printer settings dialog. So the result is never correct. I already tried to set all configs "...FromPrinterSetup" to true, but no success. Any Ideas... web searched a lot, but could not find any usable information. Thank you Paul
