C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\help\en-GB exists and appears to have the correct contents. In Tools>Options>Language Settings>Language Of User interface English(UK) Locale setting English(UK) Locale setting Default - English(UK) does not work either. Installation files downloaded: LibreOffice_6.1.0_Win_x64_helppack_en-GB LibreOffice_6.1.0_Win_x64 All worked well in 6.0.5.
