Hi, I see similar issues. This workbook uses matrix formulas which have not been always 100% portable from Excel to Calc when I tried to use them. Unfortunately, unless all the formulas are re-done, it may not be possible to repair the document and I think that using another template may prove easier.
If you look for "calendar" on the extensions site (extensions.libreoffice.org), you will probably find something useful. Best regards, Rémy.
