There are content filters on the Q&A site that sometimes prevent questions or comments from being posted.
What is the error you get? You might create a simple question with no links or code content to see if that is successful then edit it with details afterwards. There is also a Wireshark Discord server - see upper right of ask.wireshark.org for link to it. Post in the #pcap-help channel or other appropriate.
